TDM Travel

Our passion lies in epic travel experiences.

These Terms of Service provide operational transparency regarding services provided between TDM Travel (the Agency) and the Client.

TDM Travel is a full-service, for-profit travel agency. The Agency is compensated either through provider commissions or contracted service/supplement fees to the Client.

The Agency does not offer 24-hour assistance. Supplemental fees may apply for after-hours assistance.

All bookings will be billed by the supplier, unless otherwise indicated. The Agency will quote pricing in supplier’s local currency. Pricing will not include applicable taxes and/or service fees, unless specified. Supplier pricing is not guaranteed until paid with the Client’s approval.

Suppliers are independent providers and are not employees or affiliates of the Agency. Sales are processed and maintained by independent providers and subject to their respective policies for cancellation and refund.

The Agency’s travel planning fee schedule is published online at TravelIconically.com and is subject to change at any time. All fees are non-refundable. Planning fees include 1 major revision per trip request. A major revision is a complete change in destination, itinerary, or significant date change after planning has begun. Additional revisions may be subject to supplemental fees. The Client acknowledges that itineraries planned by the Agency cancelled at any time during the planning process may incur a cancellation fee not to exceed USD 1000.

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure their party comply with all passport, visa, and customs regulations and other formalities (including obtaining vaccination certificates where necessary). Passports should have a minimum validity of 6 months beyond the Client’s itinerary’s end date (applicable for both adults and children). The Agency assumes no responsibility for the consequences of any failure to comply.

The Agency requires a completed traveler profile and photocopies of valid passports and/or other government issued identification for each traveler before confirming any bookings.

The Client agrees to provide a valid credit card for payments and authorizes the Agency to make purchases on their behalf.

The Client agrees to review and verify the accuracy and content of all offers, proposals, itineraries, and invoices within 24 hours of receipt.

The Client agrees to meet supplier-imposed deadlines for approval, payment, and cancellation.

The Client agrees to provide the Agency with up-to-date documentation relating to travel such as Passport, Known Traveler Identification Number, Frequent Flyer Numbers, Hotel Program Numbers, etc.

The Client agrees to independently verify all State Department travel warnings as well as CDC-issued travel requirements and/or recommendations before, during, and after travel.

By contacting the Agency for services, the Client confirms they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service.
