Luxury travel planning is dependent on building a deep relationship between Client and Advisor. We want to know everything about you and your travel companions.
We will provide a New Client Intake Form to start, and will follow up for a preliminary interview.
Initial Quote with Transparent Pricing
Your advisor will provide a high level quote to set expectation so you can provide feedback on budget to direct the plan creation. A Non-refundable Planning Fee in the amount of 10% of Estimated Trip Cost will be due to secure our services. This fee will be deducted from final trip cost when final payment is made.
